BookKeepr Pro — Privacy notice

Operator: Hypnosis & Subliminal, LLC. Purpose: internal bookkeeping and financial review.

BookKeepr Pro accesses company information, accounting transactions, account lists and financial reports as needed for authorized work. Its local MCP server calls QuickBooks directly. Relevant tool results are sent to OpenAI Codex to assist with the owner’s requests. OpenAI processing and retention depend on the account’s applicable terms and data controls; local storage does not mean all processing stays on the Mac.

Connection credentials are stored in an encrypted, owner-restricted file on the operator’s Mac. The HTTPS return service on Cloudflare handles temporary authorization response fields and redirects them to the local connection helper. The application does not log those fields and has no persistent data-storage binding on that service. Infrastructure providers may process operational metadata under their own terms.

Reports and work records may be retained in the private bookkeeping workspace or shared with the owner’s authorized accountant as needed. Revoking the connection does not erase those retained records. The integration itself does not train or fine-tune AI models. Questions about access, correction, retention or removal should be directed to the business owner.
